Greg has been involved in athletics nearly all his life receiving his BS in Exercise Science from The Ohio State University in 1996.  Over the past two-decades, he has expanded his passion for performance enhancement with primary interests that include strength development, strategic planning, natural foods, and healthier lifestyle choices for a broad population base.

Greg is CrossFit Level 1 ANSI Certified, a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, HKC kettlebell certified, and is a four-time Winter Olympic coach with over 15 years of experience working with Olympic athletes in the sports of bobsled & skeleton.   During his coaching career, Greg guided his athletes to over 60 World Cup medals, 12 World Championship medals, and 2 Olympic medals.  His proudest coaching moment was with the 2006-2007 World Cup skeleton team, whose athletes earned 21 World Cup Medals and 5 World Championships Medals (including a World Champion); the most successful team in USA skeleton history.

In addition to his performance background, Greg has completed his 200-hr yoga teaching certification with CorePower Yoga in 2011, is a lead for the OC region bootcamp program, and is in the process of completing the Precision Nutrition certification course. Currently, Greg is pursuing studies in Structural Integration bodywork to facilitate a more hands on approach for pain management, improvement in body mechanics, & performance alignment through fascial manipulation.
